Heatcare Oil and Gas Ltd started off as a small local business back in 2000 carrying out reactive gas maintenance repairs and servicing on a handful of properties and since then the company has grown annually to become the success it is today now being able to offer an all trades service which includes Gas Service Repair Engineers, Plumbers, Electricians, Joiners, Painters, General Labouring and Building work in all domestic and commercial properties.
Our trades operate Monday-Friday between the hours of 08:30-17:30 however we do also provide a 24/7/365 callout service for all emergency repairs.
We have benefited from healthy progression and expansion over the past two decades, Heatcare originated in 2000 from Mansefield in Insch, shortly afterwards opening North Offices in Tyock, Elgin, from there we relocated to refurbished premises at Heatcare House, Lhanbryde which saw most of Heatcare’s growth.
Almost 20 years later by coincidence Mansfield House in Land Street, Keith became available and it was an obvious fit for Heatcare’s further expansion for the next 20 years and beyond.
At Heatcare Oil and Gas Ltd we boast on an extensive range of accreditations with the following governing bodies,
Gas Safe, SELECT, OFTEC, SNIPEF, MCS, ISO9001 and CHAS.
ISO9001 specifies the international standard requirements for quality management systems. Businesses use this service to demonstrate the ability to continuously provide products and services that meet the customer requirements. Upon completion of ISO9001 the company receives a UKAS accredited certificate.
CHAS are experts in all aspects of health and safety and stands for ‘Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme’. This enables us to be fully compliant in all areas that we currently carry out work in.
All businesses and engineers working with gas appliances such as boilers, cookers and fires by law must be on the Gas Safe Register, each business has a registration number and all engineers within the business have their own unique number which can be checked against the Gas Safe Website.
SELECT were founded in the 20th Century and are known as The Electrical Contractors Association of Scotland. This enables us as a company to follow the correct procedures outlined in the electrical industry.
OFTEC is the Oil Firing Technical Association who represents the Oil Heating and Cooking industry in the UK and Republic of Ireland. OFTEC assesses and regulates training provided to oil engineers and ensures the quality of oil fired equipment.
Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) is a nationally recognised quality assurance scheme. MCS certifies microgeneration technologies used to produce electricity and heat from renewable sources and are also an eligibility requirement for the Government’s financial incentives which include the Renewable Heating Incentive.
