Heatcare Oil & Gas Ltd are currently looking to recruit a Multi-Trade Supervisor who will be responsible for supervising our Multi-Trade Division in Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire Area.
The successful candidates will join our team to supervise our Multi-Trade Division. Heatcare currently have a strong workforce in place and require an enthusiastic, motivated individual who is looking to join the existing Heatcare team .Previous experience in supervision in Multi-Trade will be considered however previous supervisor experience would be beneficial, we would also like the candidate to have the following personal skills:
- Highly conscientious, reliable, and punctual.
- Strong time management, organisation and planning skills.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with the ability to use their initiative.
- Highly professional, flexible, and adaptable – ability to work overtime on weekdays and weekends and be on call.
- Extremely confidential and discreet.
- In depth knowledge of all relevant legislative requirements e.g., Health and Safety
- Can follow instructions in a cooperative and accurate manner.
- Careful, accurate, logical, and methodical approach to work.
- Strong practical ability with well-developed problem-solving skills.
